Equifax Settlement Benefit Plan

This is the Equifax landing page for class members in the lawsuit captioned White, et al. v. Experian, No. O5-cv-1070-DOC, who requested a non-monetary award as their settlement benefit.

To register for and obtain your non-monetary award, please click the button below and enter your activation code from the letter you received. Follow the prompts to enroll in the ID Watchdog product, which includes, among other things, a monthly Equifax credit report and VantageScore^® credit score based on Equifax data. Because you are a class member, you are entitled to receive this product free of charge for two years, but only for two years. As part of the registration, you will be required to indicate your agreement to various terms and conditions. As a class member, several paragraphs of the standard terms and conditions do not apply to you: 4,8,9,10,11,13,22,23, and 31. You will not be bound by those provisions.
