Internal Sales Associates

We have sales positions available for energetic, reliable, enthusiastic, trustworthy applicants. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Internal Sales Associate will be responsible for converting inbound sales inquiries into sold memberships of the ID Watchdog service.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound customer sales calls and inquiries.
  • Educate callers about product.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives.
  • Meet Performance Quality and Assurance metrics.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings.
  • Maintain a high knowledge level of all systems and processes.
  • Be on time, ready to work, and efficient during scheduled hours.
    Specific Requirements:
  • 2-3 years sales experience
  • Professional phone voice
  • Ability to think creatively
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic work environment
  • Friendly, courteous and helpful demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good computer and keyboard skills
This is a full-time, in-house position, located in downtown Denver.



Creative Director

ID Watchdog is looking for a Creative Director to join our marketing team. We’re a publicly-traded company that provides excellent service at a time when identity theft (what we protect against) is in the rise. We realize that branding and name recognition are keys to success in the marketplace. It’s not enough just to have a good product. This is where you can help.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the marketing team in brand strategy development and implementation.
  • Concept and write copy for web, radio, TV, and print.
  • Work in conjunction with Web Developer, Product Manager, Director of Sales, and Media Director to implement effective national advertising campaigns, and to measure return on investment.
  • Maintain open communication with marketing team, operations, and sales departments regarding up-coming campaigns and promotions.
  • Reports to Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
    Specific Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in advertising / marketing / and media management
  • Experience in national product branding, including radio, TV, web and print
  • Background in service-based industries
  • Familiarity with high-tech and database systems
  • Professional demeanor, good at working in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and remain organized while juggling multiple projects
This is a full-time, in-house position. We are based in downtown Denver, Colorado.
