Children's Privacy The client ("Client") agrees that by utilizing the services of ID Watchdog, Inc., a Colorado corporation ("IDW"), that the terms set forth herein shall apply until future notice: |
| 1. We will not knowingly collect Personal Information from Minors unless it is submitted in connection with the parent’s or guardian’s Personal Information. By submitting a Minor’s Personal Information in connection with that of the parent or guardian, the parent or guardian is thereby consenting to the use of such information as provided herein. A parent or guardian may add or remove a Minor to his or her account at any time after such account is established. Payment for any services purchased by a parent or guardian for their Minor must be processed by a credit or debit card issued in the name of the parent or guardian. We will not require as a condition to participation in a program disclosure of more information than is reasonably necessary for the Minor’s participation in the program. Only the parent or guardian, and not the Minor, will be issued a user name and password in connection with access to the Minor’s Personal Information. |
| 2. A Minor’s Personal Information collected as provided above will be used by IDW to render the services purchased by the parent or guardian. A Minor’s Personal Information will be disclosed to various (i) third party data aggregators and resellers (that have agreed to keep such information confidential and secure using current encryption technology and other commercially reasonable methods) for the purpose of retrieving detailed public record data and in some cases Fair Credit Reporting Act data pertaining to such Minor, and (ii) other third parties to the extent reasonably necessary to: protect and support the internal operation, security and integrity of our sites; to take precautions against liability; to respond to judicial process; or to the extent permitted under provisions of law, to provide information to law enforcement agencies or for an investigation related to public safety. |
| 3. A parent or guardian supplying his or her Minor’s Personal Information to IDW, by contacting the site operator as provided below: (i) has the option to agree to the collection and use of the Minor’s Personal Information without consenting to the disclosure to third parties (note, however, that this can significantly reduce or eliminate the services that we are able to provide), and (ii) can at anytime review such information or cancel enrollment and have such information deleted from IDW’s records and refuse its future collection and use. We will retain a record of the account number, enrollment date, cancellation date, reason for cancellation if provided and a link to the parent’s or guardian’s name and account. |
